Which legacy do you want?

  • The one who keeps swallowing their truth because "it’s not worth the hassle"? (which means you end up resenting people instead of connecting with them)
  • Or the one who is vulnerable and gives themselves permission to be seen and heard…even if it means there’s some tension? (so you can advocate for real intimacy, not performative relationships)

I used to think that being “nice” and swallowing what I felt meant I was a “good person”. But I later realized that being nice wasn’t my personality, it was a trauma response.

Here’s what it led to…

  • I stopped trying to discover my passion because my ex said I had no interests.
  • I didn’t even know what intuition felt like because doubt was yelling so loudly.
  • Prioritizing everyone’s comfort while I claimed to not need anything.

Patriarchy rewards you for being convenient.

It teaches you to:

  • Twist yourself into a teeny tiny pretzel to avoid "being difficult" (while you convince yourself twisting yourself up is comfortable)
  • Mistake being needed for being valued.
  • Apologize for existing ("Sorry for talking too much! Sorry for needing help! I’M SORRY I EXIST!!!”).

But here’s the truth: People-pleasing isn’t virtue…it’s
self-abandonment. And when you make yourself small,
the world gets used to it.

YOU have to choose to find yourself again.

This free workshop will untangle you from your pretzel "niceness" so you can stop performing comfort for others while quietly abandoning yourself

(Because you were never meant to live folded up
inside others' expectations.)

And forward this to a friend!

You'll learn…

how being invisible is hurting your relationships and how to stop

why caring for other people's feelings isn't empathy and what it's costing you

simple tools to stop shrinking without wanting to run away so you can advocate for yourself and have more aligned relationships with reciprocity

Here's what others are saying

After working with Nisha, I am much more aware of how I treat myself and what I allow to continue. She listens without judgment and helps you to do the same for yourself.

I'm giving away ONE free coaching session if you attend live!

No more shrinking for safety. It’s time to reclaim the space you’ve been apologizing for and finally let yourself be seen without negotiating your worth.

Hi, I'm Nisha!

I used to feel like personal development and self-care were too selfish. It was important for me to help others and be “of service.”

I learned skills to attune to my own feelings and needs, communicate vulnerably (without wanting to run away), and make empowered decisions to live a values-aligned life that connected to collective liberation.

As a Life Coach for Liberatory Dreamers (and overachievers and people pleasers), these skills have helped me feel empowered.
